Martin Kuběna's carpentry business, founded in 1992, is rooted in a family tradition that began in 1941. Starting in a small home workshop, the company quickly grew, hiring five employees within its first year. Over the next five years, the number of employees fluctuated between eight and twelve, depending on the volume of work. Eventually, a team of ten carpenters and assemblers was established, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
The company's growth necessitated a move to a new facility with a modern production hall and paint shop. This transition also marked a transformation from a sole proprietorship to a limited liability company.
